Job Posting: Licensed Mental Health Therapist
(Psychologist, LISW, or LPCC)
Our group private practice is currently looking to add providers to our clinical staff. Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Independent Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of two years of clinical experience and be eligible for credentialing with private insurance companies and/or Medicare. We are hiring multiple providers and are looking for individuals with an interest in working with children & adolescents and/or a generalist provider for an adult population. Interest in and experience working with various populations and presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, grief, LGBTQIA, relationships, stage of life transitions and trauma would be beneficial.
Barbara L. Fordyce, PhD and Associates is a group private practice in Stark County. Our therapists provide services to clients ranging from children to older adults. Therapists work as independent practitioners within the practice and have flexibility in establishing their schedule. We are looking for clinical staff to provide in-person or hybrid in-person and telehealth sessions. Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue collected, with the opportunity to earn a higher percentage as revenue collected increases. The practice would help facilitate the new provider’s caseload development through internal and external referrals. Friendly and knowledgeable administrative office staff are available to help manage scheduling and billing.
